Alliance El Monte Care Center in El Monte, California is a 59 bed licensed skilled nursing facility (SNF) providing services for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, Psychosis and other psychiatric disorders. Our facility is secured and able to accommodate residents who wander.


We offer comprehensive care planning, medical and nursing care, recreational programs and Physical, Occupational and Speech-Language Pathology therapies to meet the challenges and demands of a changing health care system.
